Returning an Item

If you would like to return an item to Haggar.com, please follow the instructions below. These instructions are also outlined on the packing slip that came with your shipped items. There are two return options for most items:

  • Pre-Paid Return Shipping (the preferred method, available for most orders)
  • Standard Return Shipping

Pre-Paid Return Shipping

In order to make returns as convenient as possible, the packing slip of most orders will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed label for your return package. Simply use these instructions to ship your item back to Haggar.com.

  • Complete the Reason for Return questionnaire on the packing slip.
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible, along with a copy of the packing slip.
  • Please remove all previous labels from the outside of the package.
  • Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed label onto your return package.
  • Drop your package in the U.S. mail. No postage necessary.

Please note that returned items must be returned in new condition, with all tags and labels attached, in the original boxes (whenever possible), with a copy of your order receipt in order to receive a credit. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment, with the exception of items purchased using a gift card. Credit for gift card returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

Standard Return Shipping For Haggar.com Purchases

  • Whenever possible, please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging including all paperwork, parts and accessories. All items must be returned in new condition, with all tags and labels attached, and with a copy of your order receipt to receive credit.
  • Enclose the bottom perforated portion of the original packing slip with the item. Please keep the top portion for your records. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name and shipping address with the item(s).
  • Please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package before shipping.
  • Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip instructs you otherwise):

Only products purchased on Haggar.com should be returned to the above address. For issues with orders placed on partner retail sites (i.e., JCP.com, Kohls.com, Amazon.com etc.), please email us at Gen.Mail@Haggar.com or call 1-800-942-4427 for assistance.

Please note the following regarding Haggar.com returns:

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • In the event that you no longer have the prepaid label on the bottom of your purchase receipt, please click here to print a new label.
  • It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days after we receive the returned order.
  • If you are returning an item received as a gift, credit for the return will be issued to the original purchaser.

Carrier Return Instructions

Returning an item to Haggar.com requires a few simple steps. Please follow these instructions to ensure you package returns to us promptly and safely:

  • Place your item in a sturdy box and seal it with tape. If possible, please use the original packaging.
  • Remove, completely cover or mark through any other shipping labels. • Securely attach the provided return label to the largest side of the package.
  • Drop off your package at any UPS Store®, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, UPS Alliances (Office Depot® or Staples®) or Authorized Shipping Outlet. You can opt to utilize postal service locations, including your own mailbox, your local post office or a local postal collection box. You may also schedule a free postal carrier pick up at https://carrierpickup.usps.com


Items sent via UPS Returns Services (including UPS Ground) are accepted at Drop Boxes. To find your closest UPS location, visit https://www.ups.com

If you are a Daily Pick Up customer, simply have your shipment(s) ready for the driver as usual.

It’s a good idea to keep a copy of the shipping label for your reference, and to note the full 18-digit return tracking number, starting with “1Z.’ To Track your shipment, go to the “Track My Return” link under Order History or if you return via UPS, you can visit https://www.ups.com for an update.
