The availability of an item is noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock," "Advance Sale," or "Backorder." Most items are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are either not yet available (Advance Sale) or temporarily out-of-stock (Backorder). For more information, please read the details below.
Please note: "expected shipment date" specifies when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of the shipping destination.
You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon order confirmation.
Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the shipping destination is verified. Most orders for In-Stock items begin the shipping process as soon as your online purchase is completed.
For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that should leave the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of the shipping destination. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Backorder items are items that are temporarily out of stock but are available for purchase on our site. When you order a Backorder item, it will be shipped directly to you once it is back in stock. You will be notified of the status of your item via e-mail. Expected shipment time is indicated on the product detail page. (For example, "Backorder: Buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks.")
