What does the guarantee cover?
There's an expression, "do it right, and do it once." That's part of the Q.
The Haggar Q Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship
of any Haggar® garment sold under the Q label. Because if we made your
garment wrong, it shouldn't be your problem. You will know you have
purchased a Q garment by the Q label inside.
What will Haggar do to correct the problem?
If a Haggar Q product ever fails because of defects in materials or
workmanship, we'll repair the garment or replace it, at Haggar's discretion
and at no charge to you. If the garment is still being produced by Haggar,
we will replace it. If it is no longer in production, we will send you a
similar product.
How can I get service on the guarantee?
You'll complete the guarantee claim form available here on the
Haggar website. Then you'll send the garment (please launder garment
before sending), along with the form, to Haggar customer service.
The address and phone number for customer service are listed on the form.
Is normal wear and tear covered under the Q Guarantee?
Rips, tears, burns, and holes are not covered under the terms of the guarantee. We understand that even the best cared-for garment can meet with an unforeseen or unexplained accident, but the Haggar Q Guarantee does not cover damage to the garment due to this type of occurrence.
Guarantee and repair guidelines
Now for the boring legal stuff. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this guarantee. Wondering what the heck this means? Basically, if one of our buttons were to break (don't worry, it won't) and were to fly across the room and break your priceless hummingbird figurine, then the cost of said figurine is not recoverable under this guarantee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
