Haggar Q Guarantee

What does the guarantee cover?

The Haggar Q Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship of any Haggar® garment sold under the Q label. You will know you have purchased a Q garment by the Q label inside.

What will Haggar do to correct the problem?

If a Haggar Q product ever fails because of defects in materials or workmanship, we'll repair the garment or replace it, at Haggar's discretion and at no charge to you. If the garment is still being produced by Haggar, we will replace it. If it is no longer in production, we will send you a similar product.

How can I get service on the guarantee?

You'll complete the guarantee claim form available here on the Haggar website. Then you'll send the garment (please launder garment before sending), along with the form, to Haggar customer service. The address and phone number for customer service are listed on the form here.

Is normal wear and tear covered under the Q Guarantee?

The Haggar Q Guarantee does not cover damage to the garment due to rips, tears, burns, and holes.

Guarantee and repair guidelines

This guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this guarantee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
