I contacted Haggar's Customer Service and was immediately given a return shipping label. I reordered another pair (plus an additional pair) - this time a 32" - and they fit perfectly. They are super comfortable and seem to be well-made. I'm looking forward to wearing these for many occasions. Thumbs up to Haggar's excellent CS and the effortless return/reorder process!
